Refund Policy

The AlbumSaver can be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase if the eligibility requirements are met. If you encountered any issues with your device, please contact our support team, we are happy to help! Send us an email at support@albumsaver.com. Generally, orders that are older than 30 calendar days are not available for refunds.

Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days after we receive the item, and should appear on your statement in 5 to 10 business days. In most cases, Shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Please consult with our support team if you are eligible for a free return. We also recommend shipping returns with proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost items.

If you purchase more than one item at a time and return only one, you will be refunded the lesser value.

The return can be requested via email support@albumsaver.com. We will provide you instructions in the email.

Eligible for a refund:

  • The item was returned within 30 calendar days of purchase

If approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Items that have been in your possession longer than 30 calendar days of purchase

  • We do not offer refunds for reasons related to the shipping time for shipments received after a holiday, eg. Christmas, where the chosen shipping option indicated a timeframe ending past the date of the holiday.

  • Products received as gifts are not eligible for a refund. If you received an AlbumSaver product as a gift and would like to return it, you may exchange it for shop credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.

EXCHANGES:

We replace the items with manufacturing defects of the hardware under normal use for a period of 90 calendar days of purchase. If you need to exchange the device, please send us an email at support@albumsaver.com. We will provide you instructions in the email.
