Terms and Conditions
The “Warranty Period” refers to the time period indicated on the receipt on which this Extended Warranty was purchased.
This Extended Warranty applies to physical AlbumSaver devices, and only to physical AlbumSaver devices, which meet all of the following criteria (the “Covered Device(s)”):
a. Were purchased within 60 days of the purchase of this Extended Warranty
b. Are not already covered under the purchase of a previous Extended Warranty
c. Were purchased from any website maintained and operated by As Seen Online LLC
II. What does this extended warranty cover?
This Extended Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. This Extended Warranty also covers accidental damage to the Covered Device, including but not limited to, water, shock, and exposure to a damaging heat source, insofar as the Covered Device is recovered and the AlbumSaver brand name remains visible on the device, at As Seen Online LLC’s sole discretion. This Extended Warranty does not cover devices that cannot be recovered, including but not limited to those which are lost or stolen.
During the Warranty Period, As Seen Online LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, a Covered Device that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, or under the conditions of accidental damage above. As Seen Online LLC does not provide warranty for any data, including but not limited to pictures, videos, or other digital media stored on a Covered Device.
As Seen Online LLC may attempt to recover digital assets on a malfunctioning Covered Device at the request of the owner of this Extended Warranty and with the approval of an As Seen Online Support Representative, solely for the customer’s convenience. As Seen Online LLC is not liable nor obligated under the terms of this Extended Warranty to replace, retrieve, or otherwise be held accountable for any lost, damaged, or irrecoverable data either on the Covered Device or any device used in conjunction with the Covered Device.
III. Warranty Term
This Extended Warranty is effective until either of the following conditions has been met:
A. The Warranty Period has passed
B. The number of devices replaced by this Extended Warranty has met or exceeded 1.5 times the number of Covered Devices, rounded up.
IV. What will we do to correct problems?
As Seen Online LLC will conduct a remote diagnosis session with the Customer over the internet and attempt to repair the Covered Device at no charge. If As Seen Online cannot repair the Covered Device, a replacement Covered Device will be issued at no charge. Replacement devices are issued only on the conditions that the customer accepts a remote diagnosis session with an As Seen Online LLC support technician to rule out the possibility of repair, and at As Seen Online LLC’s sole discretion.
V. What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact As Seen Online LLC via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our technical support will schedule a remote diagnosis session with you at the earliest available time, on a weekday between 9am and 5pm EST, at which time we will attempt to repair the Covered Device or issue a replacement at our discretion.
