Refund Policy - AlbumSaver Protect Plus

AlbumSaver Protect Plus is a service that is available for AlbumSaver customers only. AlbumSaver Protect Plus offers you an extra layer of protection if something happens to your AlbumSaver drive. It is a subscription based service. By default, your storage purchase is set to automatically renew at the end of your subscription. 

How does it work? 

We offer a 14-day free trial starting not earlier than from the day of the AlbumSaver delivery, in order to offer you a full experience, but not later than 30 days from the date of delivery. You will receive an Access Card in your AlbumSaver order to activate your trial account. Your trial will be updated to a monthly plan if not canceled within 14 days of activating your AlbumSaver Protect Plus trial account. You will receive an email notification with the billing terms before the trial ends.

Please note that if you do not activate your AlbumSaver Protect Plus account within 30 days from purchase, you will no longer be eligible for the 14 days trial period. If you haven't activated your trial account within 30 days of purchase nor requested to cancel, for your convenience we will activate and upgrade your account to the paid monthly plan so that you do not lose access to your ability to use the AlbumSaver Protect Plus service.

What if my payment fails? 

If the auto-renewal fails, a seven-day grace period will be added to your subscription during which you will be able to update your payment information. During this grace period, you won't lose access to anything in your account or your current storage plan and we will re-attempt once daily to charge the card on file until the payment is processed successfully or your service is cancelled.

How to cancel? 

If you wish to cancel your account please contact our customer support team. To meet the cancellation deadline for the trial account, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired, not later than 24 hours before the trial ends. If you wish to cancel your monthly plan, you must send your cancellation request no later than the renewal date. You will have access to your account until the subscription runs out. Please be kindly reminded that when your subscription is cancelled, your data and account will be deleted permanently and will not be recoverable.

AlbumSaver and AlbumSaver Protect Plus are sold as a bundle, which means that we accept cancellation requests for AlbumSaver Protect Plus after you have received your AlbumSaver order. Cancelling the AlbumSaver Protect Plus account does not mean that you will need to return your AlbumSaver drive but when returning your AlbumSaver drive it will automatically cancel your AlbumSaver Protect Plus account. 

If you downgrade or cancel your plan, the storage change takes effect after your current subscription billing period ends.

Please be kindly reminded that when you cancel your account, your data and account will be deleted permanently and will not be recoverable. 

Can I get a refund? 

In most cases, payments for AlbumSaver Protect Plus subscriptions aren’t refundable. We do offer a ten (10) calendar days money back guarantee on the first payment, and only the first payment, of your AlbumSaver Protect Plus subscription. During this period, you are eligible to request for a refund. If you issue an explicit written request for a refund within the ten (10) days referenced above, we will process the refund due to you in full within 30 calendar days, counting from the day you have confirmed your request. If you cancel your subscription after you have been billed, and are not eligible for a refund, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current term.
